This policy describes how lmpbrskt LLC ("we", "us") handles your personal information when you use lmpbrskt.com.

What we collect

When you place an order, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment details to process the transaction, calculate tax, and send your receipt. We never see or store your full card number.

If you join our email list or use the contact form, we collect your email address (and whatever you include in your message). Email addresses are stored with Resend, our email provider. When you sign up we also note where the signup came from — for example, the QR code on a bottle label versus this website — so we know which of our efforts are working. That's a simple source tag attached to your email; it doesn't track you anywhere.

Analytics & cookies

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used: which pages get visited, how people find us, and whether things like the signup form and checkout actually work. It sets analytics cookies to tell returning visitors from new ones. We don't use it for advertising, and ad-related signals are switched off.

Analytics runs only if you tap Accept on the cookie bar. Decline and nothing loads — no analytics requests at all. You can change your mind any time via the Cookie preferences link in the footer. Stripe's checkout may set its own cookies strictly for payments and fraud prevention.

How we use it

To fulfill and ship orders, respond to your messages, understand how the site is doing, and — only if you signed up — send you the occasional email. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We don't sell or rent personal information. Ever.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the store: Stripe (payments and tax), Resend (email signup storage, including the signup-source tag), Netlify (hosting), Google Analytics (usage measurement, only with your consent), and USPS (delivery). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Your choices

Unsubscribe any time via the link in our emails, flip your analytics choice via the footer's Cookie preferences link, or write to tasteit@lmpbrskt.com to access, correct, or delete your information.

If we update this policy we'll post the new version here with a new date.
